How long does it take?
Our current turn around time is 3 weeks. We strive to remain within this time frame but occasionally we get backed up. We'll also let you know an honest turn around time when you submit. For most up to date turn around times, send us a message!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, checks, money orders, credit cards and of course cash if dropping off in person.
Can I pick my books up from the office?
Yes. Please let us know when submitting that you would like to pick up. We will call you when your books are ready and schedule an appointment for you to pick up.
Can I drop off/pick up at a convention?
Yes! Please let us know when submitting that you would like to pick up at a convention. We always accept pressing submissions on the road. We keep our customers up to date on any conventions that we will be set up at on Facebook.
Can you send my books along to CGC/CBCS?
Yes! You must have your own CGC/CBCS account and have paperwork completed when submitting your pressing order to avoid any delays.
What if I don't like the way my books turned out?
If you're not happy, we're not happy. All books go through a final quality check before being sent out. We are human and occasionally will overlook something. It's rare, but it happens. If you're not satisfied, send them back and we will re-press it for free!
Can I submit books that have mold on them?
No. Any books that have mold will be rejected by us. Moldy books will transfer spores to every other mechanism and book in our pressing room. Please make sure to look over your books thoroughly before submitting.
